The Yungaburra Tai Chi group continues every Monday in 2017 and everyone is welcome to come along and join in. There are also beginner Tai Chi classes and classes in Qigong Shibashi. Qigong Shibashi has many long-term benefits with regular practise. It stimulates blood circulation; increases flexibility and muscle tone. Helps to calm the mind and body and reduces stress. Enables the mind to become clear and lets the heart open, creating a state of positive wellbeing.
