The Yungaburra Tai Chi group continues in 2016 and everyone is welcome to come along and join in.
There is no cost for this Tai Chi class.Mondays, ongoing; 5pm-6pm.

Atherton Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi Classes

Presented by Lesley Jenkins

Qigong is an ancient Chinese form of Tai Chi. We are studying 'Shibashi', the 18 movement form, and will go onto 'Ba Duan Jin' (the eight pieces of Brocade). These movements are very slow and gentle, promoting relaxation, concentration, meditation, harmony and breath. Good for all ages. Please bring along water and a $2 donation to cover expenses. Wear loose comfortable clothes and light flexible shoes (or barefoot).

Previous completion of Stay on Your Feet - Tai Chi for Health and Falls Program is a pre-requisite.
