Come along and join a Walking Group, meeting every Wednesday morning, rain, hail or shine. Meet at the Platypus Park carpark on Herberton Rd, Atherton at 7.25am for a 7.30am start. Walk will take approx 40 minutes to 1hr depending on how long suits you | |||

The purpose is to support those wanting to either lose weight or maintain a healthy lifestyle. | |||
Members of the group can follow any eating plan and the focus will be accountability, education and support. | Wednesday afternoons. Meet at Room 22 at 5pm for a 20 minute walk, or just come at 5.30pm for discussion | Enrol | |

If you enjoy a gentle amble along a bush trail, stopping along the way to appreciate a view, listen to the sounds of nature, take photos, absorb the serenity, then here’s an opportunity to join a like-minded group. This group meets for a gentle bush walk of 1 to 2 hours duration once a week on Tuesday morning at 7.30am, going to a different location each week, followed by a coffee/tea at a local venue. Please enrol under "Exercise and Healthy Lifestyle" to have your name put on the contact list to get details of where the group will be meeting each week. | |||
