Come along and join a Walking Group, meeting every Wednesday morning, rain, hail or shine. Meet at the Platypus Park carpark on Herberton Rd, Atherton at 7.25am for a 7.30am start. Walk will take approx 40 minutes to 1hr depending on how long suits you

Healthy Lifestyle Group

The purpose is to support those wanting to either lose weight or maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Members of the group can follow any eating plan and the focus will be accountability, education and support.Meet at Room 22 at 5pm for a 20 minute walk, or just come at 5.30pm for discussionEnrol

Qigong Tai Chi

Tai Chi classes will resume for a six week session, initially, starting on Thur, 20th May at Hallorans Hill at 9.30am
